Our Story

Our journey began in the trenches, not on Wall Street, but on construction sites.

Founder Justin Bennett started by flipping single-family homes, learning firsthand how to create value through smart renovations and disciplined execution. But it didn’t take long to realize something bigger: the multifamily space offered an opportunity to build scalable wealth, improve communities, and give investors access to something better.

Instead of relying on expensive third parties, we built our own in-house construction and property management companies, giving us full control over quality, timelines, and cost. That decision became our edge and still drives our results today.

We founded GlacierRock Capital with one clear vision:

To give busy professionals access to real estate investments built on integrity, operational excellence, and aligned interests.

We’ve raised over $40M in equity, completed 5 full-cycle deals, and consistently delivered 20 percent plus IRRs, all while investing alongside our partners in every deal.

Meet Our Team

Justin Bennett - CEO

Justin brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, construction, and multifamily operations to our team. Known for his deep operational expertise and relentless execution, he has successfully led acquisitions and renovations across more than $100 million in multifamily assets.

Starting in single-family home renovations, Justin quickly realized the power of scale and transitioned into multifamily — founding his own construction and property management companies to ensure quality, efficiency, and control across every deal.

Outside of work, Justin is passionate about mentoring rising operators and spending time with his family. He also works closely with his son, Kolten, to build a legacy of integrity, innovation, and community impact.

His commitment to building strong relationships and delivering long-term value is at the core of everything GlacierRock Capital stands for.

Kolten Bennett - COO

Kolten brings a fresh perspective and next-generation energy to GlacierRock Capital. Kolten is a rising star in multifamily real estate, combining hands-on operational experience with a strong foundation in business strategy. Kolten oversees asset management, construction coordination, and operational execution across the firm’s growing portfolio.

Kolten began working in real estate at a young age, assisting his father, Justin, while balancing academics and athletics. Though originally on a path toward athletic training, witnessing the real-world impact of multifamily investing led him to shift focus. By his senior year of high school, he joined a multifamily mastermind, studying the strategies his father used to scale and succeed.

At just 19, Kolten syndicated his first real estate deal. By 21, he had closed on his second multifamily property. While completing his degree in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University, he continued to gain full-time experience in property maintenance and construction operations.

Now with over four years of direct investing and operations experience, Kolten plays a central role in driving GlacierRock’s vertically integrated model forward. His focus is on scaling with excellence, managing property performance, and building a firm that prioritizes investor outcomes.

Driven by discipline and a shared vision with his father, Kolten is committed to expanding access to quality investment opportunities while continuing to deliver strong returns.

Philip Frasca - CFO

Philip brings a wealth of experience in multifamily real estate finance and underwriting, shaped by over a decade in commercial lending and capital markets. As CFO of GlacierRock Capital, Philip oversees the firm’s financial strategy, capital structuring, and risk management — ensuring each investment is aligned with long-term performance objectives.

Prior to joining GlacierRock, Philip served as a senior loan originator at a top DUS lender, where he specialized in structuring agency (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), HUD, CMBS, and bridge loans. Over the past 12 years, he has underwritten, structured, and closed over $500 million in multifamily transactions across major U.S. markets.

With a degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University, Philip began his career as a credit analyst with Hunt Companies before moving into originations with Lument. His deep expertise in capital markets, financing strategy, and underwriting now plays a vital role in optimizing GlacierRock's capital stack and aligning financial execution with investor goals.

Having grown up in a blue-collar family with a construction business in Southern California, Philip brings an entrepreneurial mindset and grounded work ethic to everything he does. After years of helping clients build wealth, he is now focused on creating generational wealth and legacy through direct ownership.

Philip’s leadership strengthens GlacierRock’s ability to scale with discipline, protect investor capital, and unlock long-term value across asset classes.
